The apartments at Balatonlelle Yacht Club offer a second home on the shore of Lake Balaton for the owners. They are not only used as summer flats for two weeks, but ensure the comfort and elegance of a villa all year round.

A former National Council of Trade Unions (SZOT) resort and the villa of its former president (Sándor Gáspár) occupied the site of the development. These buildings were demolished at the start.
The new building complex consists of 153 apartments and a port building. A new yacht port with the capacity of 160 yachts was also an important part of the project. The three functions work together in synergy and form a coherent unity.
Our studio was commissioned after an invitational design competition. It was an important goal of the investment from early on to provide all apartments with a view over Lake Balaton. That is the reason why the villa-like buildings are rotated in a 45 degree angle compared to the shore line and have greater facade openings towards the view of the lake.
