A rent office building can be designed according to rigid rules. The structural raster of the building is fundamentally determining. It is necessary to match the allocation of the multi-level parking garage and the variable flexible partition system of the office floors at the same time. The rational optimum search is a key aspect in designing the number of workstations, corridors, water blocks, server rooms and rental units. For the architect there is just a small room to manoeuvre. Still, it is worthwhile to take advantage of the minimal opportunity that the building can have its own character, which can be beneficial not only because of architectural ambitions, but also because the market appreciates the recognizable uniqueness as well. From this intention, we divided the building horizontally into three different masses as if they were moved in relation to each other. This kind of dynamic look is not a strange gesture for the 2×3-lane traffic of the K\u00f6nyves K\u00e1lm\u00e1n Boulevard.<\/p>\n
