The site is in a real metropolitan environment where everything is about mobility.
\nThe strong presence of the new Ferencv\u00e1ros Stadium makes the location exceptional. It is a huge design object whose monumentality is a unique challenge for the architect who wants to design a building in its immediate vicinity. The energies of the two buildings must not deteriorate but strengthen each others.
\nOne of the main hallmarks of a headquarter building is to be unique, to stand out from the crowd, indicating the identity of the company. This kind of approach requires openness not only from the architect, but also from the developers and the client. What can be done? Design a house that is not similar to any of the existing office buildings on the market. Our aim was to create a totally recognizable character that a company with a strong identity felt peculiar.<\/p>\n

Use of site concept
\nThe biggest task perhaps was to form this gigantic building mass. We wanted to do this in a way, that the final building would be airy, loveable and inspiring for its workers. Considering the need to meet the required square meters and the size of the plot, we placed a perimeter block on the site. The K\u00f6nyves K\u00e1lm\u00e1n k\u00f6r\u00fat and the stadium side do not bear to face a cca 200-metre-long\u00a0 parallel facade, so we pushed the house in on both sides. This obviously marks the main entrance and makes a square gesture towards the stadium, creating a more pleasant space between the two. In essence, this basic concept of “bouquet” is simply produced. The basic editing is a “X”, which is in case placed in the centre of gravity, renders the internal traffic highly rational. In this way everything is connected with everything and easily accessible.<\/p>\n
